iSIF is ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's platform for Specialised Investment Funds, launched in January 2026 with two initial strategies. The iSIF Equity Ex-Top 100 Long-Short Fund is an open-ended strategy investing in equity and equity-related instruments, including limited short exposure through derivatives, seeking to capture growth opportunities in the mid- and small-cap universe. The iSIF Hybrid Long-Short Fund is an interval strategy investing in equity and debt securities, combining long-short equity positions, fixed income investments and derivative strategies to generate smoother outcomes irrespective of overall market direction. ICICI's CIO Sankaran Naren said the segment offers differentiated strategies that can adapt to evolving market conditions, aiming to deliver better risk-adjusted outcomes across market cycles. The platform later expanded in May 2026 with an Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund and a broader Equity Long-Short Fund. As with other SIFs, the minimum investment is ₹10 lakh.
